Senior Strategy Counseling Package

Service Description

Counseling will begin as early as June 1st. Students are encouraged to start working on their college lists and finalize their choices by mid August. Essay brainstorming sessions will also start as soon as students are ready to proceed. Timelines will be strictly enforced to ensure college applications are ready well ahead of schedule. The Senior Strategy Counseling package includes close to 30 hours of work/research done by the Advisor Unlimited email and phone help Action Plan with organizational timeline Preparation of a selected list of colleges that is uniquely suited to the student We will cover multiple applications in this package including the UC application, Cal State application, and the Common App(lication). Applications will be completed by the student and not by the Advisor. This package covers proofreading of these applications. Essay Brainstorming sessions, as needed Brainstorming for the Common App essay/ Personal Statement Editing and proofreading Common App essay/ Personal Statement Editing of the activities résumé Brainstorming for 8 UC Personal Insight Questions (PIQ) Editing and proofreading 4 UC Personal Insight Questions (PIQ) Two supplemental essays are included in this package. Students may choose which ones we will work on together.
